Interested in Joining the Team?

Please read the following information carefully before applying.

About the Role

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented people who genuinely enjoy organizing and helping others. Our organizers work as part of a team inside client homes throughout the Phoenix Valley on projects ranging from everyday organizing and decluttering to packing, unpacking and full-home setups.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work efficiently, follow direction, take initiative and maintain a professional, positive presence in our clients’ homes.

Skills & Requirements

  • Naturally organized with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Able to sort, categorize, problem-solve and see how a space could function better
  • Comfortable taking direction, learning our processes and working as part of a team
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology and smartphone apps for scheduling, team communication, project details and photos
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets, dust and other common household allergens
  • Able to be on your feet for extended periods and comfortably bend, reach, lift and carry items up to 40 lbs throughout the workday
  • Reliable transportation and comfortable driving to client homes throughout the Phoenix Valley
  • Professional, discreet and respectful when working inside clients’ homes and handling their belongings
  • Reliable, punctual and able to commit to scheduled project days

This Role Could Be a Great Fit If:

  • You’re looking for meaningful, flexible part-time work rather than a traditional 9–5
  • Maybe you’re a stay-at-home parent looking to step back into the workforce
  • A creative looking for a flexible side role
  • Simply someone whose schedule allows for daytime availability and changing hours from week to week

Our schedule is based around our clients and projects, so the ideal person has some flexibility and is comfortable with days and hours that may vary. Occasionally, project schedules can shift or opportunities to work may come up on shorter notice, so someone who can easily roll with changes will thrive on our team.

You don’t need professional organizing experience. If you’re naturally organized, love creating beautiful and functional spaces, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a flexible role where every project is a little different, we’d love to hear from you.

This May Not Be a Good Fit If:

  • You’re looking for full-time work, guaranteed weekly hours or a consistent weekly schedule. This is a part-time position, and our days and hours vary based on our client and project schedule.
  • You’re not comfortable with the less-glamorous side of organizing. Beautiful finished spaces often involve hard work behind the scenes, including lifting, bending, loading and unloading products, breaking down boxes, taking out trash and donations, and occasionally working in dusty or messy spaces.
  • You prefer a slower-paced work environment. Project days can be busy and physical, and we’re looking for team members who are comfortable jumping in, working hard and keeping things moving.
  • You are looking to start or grow your own professional organizing business.
